What the methodology is designed to do

The six stages of FALCOI

Assess
Diagnose the current state across strategy, operating model, processes, data, and execution. Identify root causes, not symptoms.
Leverage
Select the highest-impact levers: process redesign, operating rhythms, capability building, and AI agent opportunities that reduce cycle time and improve quality.
Create
Design the target state and implementation plan: workflows, roles, governance, KPIs, and enablement assets. Build a pragmatic roadmap with milestones.
Delivery

Artifacts
What you receive
Engagement outputs are tailored to your context, but typically include: a current-state diagnostic, prioritized opportunity backlog, target operating model, process maps, KPI tree, implementation roadmap, and governance cadence. You will also receive reusable templates and documentation to sustain execution.
